About Serma
The outside eye every pastor deserves.
A Message From Our Founder
I am not a pastor.
But I have spent years inside the church — from a small congregation of 100 on a good Sunday to one of the largest churches in my region reaching 3,000 people weekly. Production. Creative. Events. Ministry. I have served in almost every capacity.
And in every service, in every seat, I was doing the same thing. Listening differently.
Not just to the message — but to the architecture of it. Whether the scripture actually supported the point. Whether the opening had anything to do with the close. Whether the second movement connected to the third. I was always trying to see the full picture of a sermon while it was being preached.
Over time I realized that most pastors never get that perspective. They write their sermon, they pray over it, and they step into the pulpit. There is no outside eye. No second opinion. No one sitting across from them saying this is what is working, this is what is not, and here is how to close the gap.
I built Serma to be that voice. Not a generic AI tool. A specialized companion built through the study of the greatest communicators of this generation — their structure, their scripture use, their storytelling, their delivery, their flow — distilled into a platform any pastor can access in minutes.
The goal has never changed. Every pastor deserves a world class second opinion before they step into the pulpit. Not just the ones at the big churches. Every pastor. Every week. Before every sermon.
Josue Rodriguez, Founder of Serma.
